Returns

The buyer has the right to notify the provider (to the contact email address) within 14 days of receiving the goods. info@klenart.si) to withdraw from the contract without having to state a reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days from the date of the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

The received goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be transferred to the transaction (personal) account of the buyer, which is reported in the notice of return of the goods.

The return of the received goods to the provider within the withdrawal period is considered a notification of withdrawal from the contract.
